30-Day Return Policy

Velmora™ offers a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

• We will provide return instructions
• A return shipping label may be issued where applicable
• Items must be shipped within the timeframe provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used personal care devices
• Items showing signs of wear or misuse
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Items must remain unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
• Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

Fraud & Abuse Protection

Velmora Restore™ reserves the right to:

• Deny returns suspected of abuse
• Refuse refunds for items returned in used condition
• Limit returns from customers with excessive refund history

Chargebacks filed without contacting our support team first may result in permanent account restrictions.
